This piece is the result of one of the class project days, when we explored dipping absorbent materials/objects into liquid casting slip, and then firing the pieces after they had dried. This piece is the result of soaking a thrift store stuffed animal in casting slip, and then firing. The piece was fired again with glaze to cone 6 in oxidation (electric kiln).
