Tile and Additional Projects

In addition to assigned projects, students are encouraged to spend time on their own individual projects. In this case, the student enjoyed carving leather-hard clay tiles, and experimenting with glazes. These tiles are approx. 4" X 4" each, fired to cone 6 in oxidation (electric kiln).
